- January 1 to April 30 $250 per night
- May 1 to June 30 $300 per night
- July 1 to September 3 $450 per night
- September 4 to October 31 $300 per night

- Two night minimum stay.
- A federal Goods & Service Tax (GST) of 5% is collected on all bookings.
- Cleaning Fee $150.
- Cancellation Policy: If the GUEST wishes to Cancel the Reservation, a 100% refund is given if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the check-in date; a 50% refund is given if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. No refund 7 days prior to check in.
